Shells

The beach we went to was covered with shells! So instead of walking on sand, you were walking on shells. And I don't mean little bity crushed ones. We found whole clam shells (huge ones) and Amie found a conch. I found a few little conch's with pretty colors mixed into it.

The girls were went to Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island. They said it was close to the Georgia/Florida border.
I so wish that I had been there with them...I love collecting shells ;o).

We will be in Atlanta next month to visit the aquarium, but that looks a like it might be too far for our long weekend trip.

Ya...we live four hours from Atlanta and that Beach is about 2 more hours from us.
